    WIRE BRAID HOSE AND COUPLINGS

    When you need high-performance flexibility, you need Gates wire braid hydraulic hoses, couplings, and accessories. The one or two braid wire reinforcement technology gives this hose a high resistance to kinking, excellent tensile strength, and a tighter bend radius, ideal for high and medium pressure petroleum, water-based, and general industrial fluid conveyance.     G1 Wire Braid Hose: EN 853 1SN

    Recommended for medium pressure hydraulic lines. Meets or exceeds the requirements of SAE 100R1 Type S and ISO 1436 1SN R1, as well as the performance requirements of EN 853 1SN. Recommended Couplings: Field Attachable Type T Couplings, GlobalSpiral Couplings (-6 through -20) GlobalSpiral Plus Couplings (-24 and -32), MegaCrimp Couplings, Power Crimp Couplings (-3), Power Crimp Grease Couplings (-3), Stainless Steel B Couplings (-4, -6, -8, -10, -12, -20, -32).

    • G1 hose is compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum-based fluids.
    • Superior flex impulse performance: Tested to 450,000 impulse cycles, 3 times the industry standard.
