THE SYNCHRO-CLEAN™ RANGE
Gates TPU PosiClean™ Belts are an easy-to-clean, quieter running, positive drive replacement for straight-running plastic modular belts and unsupported monolithic belting in direct contact with food. They can also be used as a design alternative for flat fabric belting in the food processing industry. Belts feature sealed Aramid tensile members to limit belt stretch and a synchronous timing belt construction across the full width for better torque distribution. Various high performance surface textures are available to meet specific release, placement and control needs. For special production areas, the belt is available with metal detectable polyurethane material. FDA approved, EU compliant and USDA accepted.

Gates TPU CenterClean™ Belts are designed for self-tracking and troughing applications as well as general process conveyancing. Made from flexible urethane and sealed Aramid tensile members, the belts can be run on a wide range of pulley diameters with minimal belt stretch. Centre-driven, easy-to-clean, and self-tracking the belt is FDA approved, EU compliant and USDA accepted. Various high performance surface textures are available to meet specific release, placement and control needs. For special production areas, the belt is available with metal detectable polyurethane material.

Gates TPU FlatClean™ Belts are an all-purpose polyurethane flat belt reinforced with aramid tensile members. The combination of a non-fraying polyurethane jacket material with sealed tensile members minimizes belt stretch, reduces re-tensioning, and extends belt life. Various high performance surface textures are available to meet specific product release, placement, and control needs. For special production areas, the belt is available with metal detectable polyurethane material.

PosiLace™ pin fastening system allows for fast, tool-free, belt installations for lightweight to medium-load applications. The unique design means the self-locking pin can be removed without damage to the belt or pin. Importantly it reduces contamination risk through hinge loop breakage - in an overload situation, unlike plastic modular belting, the locking pin will fail first before the hinge loops break.
