    Chem Masterâ„¢ Plus XLPE

    Chem Master™ hoses have specially compounded tube constructions designed to handle up to 1200 different acids and bases. Gates has perfected the use of Gatron™ modified cross-linked polyethylene in it's Chem Master™ Plus and XTreme™ offerings. This feature provides superior hose-to-coupling interface strength as well as temperature limits of up to +300°F Some of the recommended applications include: Bulk tank truck; barge; ship; or storage tank transfer. Reference Gates Chemical Resistance Table for proper hose selection and temperature limitations.

    • Temperature range: -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F).
    • Working pressures from 150 psi to 200 psi (1,38 to 1,03 MPa).
    • Sizes: 3/4" to 4" (black cover).
