    IntraLogix™ LRB-77 Live Roller Belt

Gates IntraLogix™ LRB-77 is a live roller drive belt engineered to OEM specification for Intelligrated IntelliQ™ high-speed, zero-pressure accumulation conveyors. Developed with Intelligrated and refined across more than ten years of success on Intelligrated conveyance systems, it is both the OEM-specified solution, and the preferred belt for repair and replacement. The v-guide geometry of IntraLogix LRB-77 is designed to have the ideal fit for Intelligrated pulleys. It maintains alignment and stays centered as it engages and disengages with the live roller belt drives. Recommended for: E-commerce order fulfillment floors, retail replenishment centers, and sortation lines running IntelliQ accumulation live roller conveyors, where zone timing is tuned around a known belt and substituting an unmatched one introduces variables nobody asked for.

    • Specification Level Fit: V-guide profile and cross section are designed to the Intelligrated OEM specification for use in Intelligrated IntelliQ™ conveyance systems
    • Proven OEM Performance for Over a Decade: LRB-77 construction is supported by years of field-proven performance and installed-system data, rather than simulated laboratory testing
    • Sustained Drive Force: Abrasion-resistant 87 ShA urethane holds its grip on the live rollers as surface hours accumulate
    • Dimensional Stability Under Load: Aramid cords carry up to 3,600 N (810 lbf) while resisting the creep that forces re-tensioning

    FAQs

What is the Gates IntraLogix™ LRB-77

    • It is a live roller drive belt built to OEM specification for Intelligrated IntelliQ™ high-speed conveyance systems. It is now available through Gates for replacement and repair sourcing.

Which conveyor systems does the Gates LRB-77 Drive Belt fit?

    • It is dimensioned for IntelliQ accumulation beds. Guide geometry, section thickness, and minimum pulley diameter match the original drive package, so no bracket or geometry changes are required.

What tension can the Gates LRB-77 Drive Belt carry?

    • Allowable belt tension is 3,600 N (810 lbf). Operating below that ceiling preserves cord life and limits load on drive shafts and bearings.

What is zero-pressure accumulation in conveyor systems?

    • A conveyance method in which product queues in discrete zones without contact between adjacent items. Each zone engages or releases its carrier rollers independently, protecting the load and allowing controlled release downstream.

How does a live roller drive belt differ from a transport belt?

    • A transport belt carries product directly on its surface. A live roller drive belt runs beneath the roller bed and transmits torque to the carrier rollers by friction, so surface traction and section stability matter more than load-bearing area.

Why does splice quality matter on accumulation drives?

    • The splice is the least homogeneous section of any endless belt. On accumulation systems, where zones cycle constantly, a poorly executed joint sees repeated flex and becomes the first location to separate.

Should replacement live roller belts match OEM specification?

    • Dimensional deviation in guide profile or section thickness changes how the belt seats in the roller grooves. That typically shows up as drift, edge contact, and shortened service life, even when the nominal width is correct.
